Improvements
![]()
We've made several behind-the-scenes updates to how Pinpointe processes contact status changes, builds audiences, and handles test sends for email, SMS, and webhooks. There's nothing you need to do. These changes help your account run more smoothly and reliably.
Bug Fixes
![]()
Previously, the Remove Contacts from List action could also remove those contacts from your database entirely. It now does exactly what it says: contacts are removed from the selected list and stay in your database.
![]()
We resolved several issues that could cause split tests to behave unexpectedly, so you can test your campaigns with confidence.

Preview text you've added in the Builder is no longer cleared when you make changes using Quick Edit.
![]()
Webhook steps in your Journeys now run as expected, so your Journeys can reliably pass information to the other tools you've connected.

Values for checkbox custom fields are now saved in the proper format. This prevents errors that could interrupt sends to contacts with those fields.
![]()
Button borders in emails built with the Builder now render properly in desktop versions of Outlook, including Outlook 2013 and later and Outlook 365.
![]()
Updating your timezone in Account Settings no longer shows an error message the first time you save.
![]()
Links to Journey Logs now take you to the New UI instead of the old interface.
![]()
We fixed an issue affecting Journeys when accessed through the Automation section of the New UI.

Previously, uploading a file to remove contacts showed a success message but didn't remove anyone if the file included columns other than Email. Contacts are now removed correctly, even when your file includes additional columns.
