Pinpointe Release Notes — September 2026
Version 26.5.1
As part of our ongoing platform modernization, New UI 1.0 is now the default experience for all Pinpointe accounts, bringing improved scalability, reliability, and performance across the platform. This shift has been part of our infrastructure roadmap that we've been communicating over the past several weeks and months. This release also includes a number of smaller improvements and bug fixes, detailed below.

IMPROVEMENT
Search results now stay cached in the New UI
Search results in the New UI now stay cached for your session, matching how they've always worked in the Legacy UI. You won't need to re-run the same search each time you navigate back to it.

General performance enhancements
We've made several behind-the-scenes improvements to how segments and split test results are processed and tracked, improving overall performance and reliability across the platform.

BUG FIX
Fixed a security issue in the email builders
Resolved an issue in the email builders that could allow a user to view and edit campaigns belonging to other accounts. Campaign access is now properly scoped to the correct account.

BUG FIX
Fixed the "Update a Contact Property" action in Journeys
Fixed an issue where the dropdown field in the "Update a Contact Property" Journey action node wasn't populating, so you can now select the property you want to update without interruption.

Fixed Campaign Queue stats in the New UI
Resolved a discrepancy where Campaign Queue stats in the New UI didn't match your campaign's actual performance numbers. The stats you see now reflect actual results.

Fixed segment saving with invalid selections
Fixed an issue that allowed a segment to be saved with invalid option selections. Segment options are now validated before saving, so you can catch mistakes before they affect your sends.

Fixed the segment selector for contact membership conditions
Fixed the segment selector in the New UI for "Selected Contact — Is/Is not a member of" conditions, making it more reliable to build segments based on list or segment membership.

Fixed link-click segmentation across all campaigns
Fixed an issue where the "Clicked a link" condition, when applied across any campaign, only let you select "any link." You can now target based on specific links clicked across your campaigns.

BUG FIX
Fixed missing subscriber time zone field in the New UI
Fixed an issue where the subscriber time zone field wasn't displaying when viewing a contact in the New UI. The field now appears as expected.
