Improvements
![]()
The campaign search field now looks at a campaign’s owner, author, and type in addition to its name, so you can find the right campaign faster — especially in busy accounts with several people creating campaigns.
![]()
Bulk actions now apply to up to 10,000 contacts at a time. If your selection is larger than that, the action won’t run and you’ll see a message letting you know — just narrow your selection and try again.
![]()
We’ve removed the Pinpointe logo from the unsubscribe survey page, giving your contacts a more streamlined experience that keeps the focus on your brand.
![]()
If you work with the Pinpointe API, the GetNewsletters call now accepts a campaign_id parameter, so you can pull a specific campaign directly. GetTagSubscriberCount also now returns your count instead of a “Pending updates in progress” message whenever an unrelated tag update happens to be queued on your account.

Behind-the-scenes updates make audience building faster and more reliable, streamline how links are processed, and further strengthen the platform’s security.
Bug Fixes
![]()
This Journey event now keeps the link you select and moves contacts forward when they click it, so link-based Journeys run the way you designed them.
![]()
Entrant rules no longer revert to the default “OR” setting, so the conditions that decide who enters a Journey stay exactly as you set them.
![]()
When you copy a Journey, rules that use the AND operator now carry over intact, so your copy behaves just like the original.
![]()
The Created At and Updated At columns on the Journeys page now display accurate dates and times, with a time zone discrepancy corrected.
![]()
In the Contacts Manager, master-unsubscribed contacts no longer appear as “Active,” so you can trust the status you see at a glance.
![]()
We’ve fixed errors that could appear while working in the Journey editor and elsewhere in your account, for a smoother editing experience.
![]()
Links no longer have an unneeded “F=T” parameter added to the end of their URLs, so the links your contacts click stay clean and exactly as you wrote them.
