Pinpointe Release Notes — September 2026
Version 26.5.3
This release focuses on stability and performance across the New UI, along with a handful of smaller usability improvements.
It includes fixes for several issues affecting campaign sends, database actions, and segment editing, plus behind-the-scenes performance work.

IMPROVEMENT
Clearer naming for Import and Export menus
The Contacts menu items “Import Contacts” and “Export Contacts” are now labeled “Import Queue” and “Export Queue” to better reflect what you’ll find there.

We’ve made several improvements to the Campaign Queue in the New UI to make it more reliable to work with.

General performance improvements
We’ve made a number of behind-the-scenes performance improvements this release, including faster newsletter data lookups, quicker landing page load times, and more efficient send-flow processing — all aimed at a snappier day-to-day experience.

Bug Fixes
BUG FIX
Fixed: pausing a send could drop remaining recipients
Previously, pausing a campaign mid-send could cause the remaining recipients to be dropped without a retry or a record of what happened. Paused sends now preserve the remaining recipient list so nothing is lost.

BUG FIX
Fixed: bulk actions applying to all databases instead of just one
A bug caused bulk actions in the New UI to apply across all of your databases instead of only the one you selected. Bulk actions now correctly apply only to the database you’re working in.

Fixed: contacts missing from primary database
Some accounts weren’t displaying contacts from their primary database. Contacts now load correctly.

BUG FIX
Fixed: concurrent editing could bypass the campaign lock
Editing the same campaign at the same time in the Basic Editor and the Drag and Drop editor could bypass the lock meant to prevent conflicting edits. The resource lock now applies consistently across both editors.

Fixed: incorrect field auto-mapping during import
Importing contacts in the New UI could auto-map fields incorrectly. Field mapping during import is now accurate.

BUG FIX
Fixed: Exports API pagination and search errors
The Exports API wasn’t paginating results on the server side and could return search errors. Both issues are resolved, so exports and searches behave as expected.

Fixed: Manage Suppressions page failing to load
The Manage Suppressions page in the New UI could fail to load with a 403 error. This page now loads reliably.

Fixed: script issue on published Site Builder pages
A scripting issue affecting published Site Builder pages has been resolved.

BUG FIX
Fixed: segment “Date Updated” reverting after edits
Editing a segment could cause its “Date Updated” value to reset to today’s date instead of preserving the correct date. This now maintains the correct date.

Fixed: Track Links and Track Opens showing incorrect status
In the Campaign Queue, “Track Links” and “Track Opens” always displayed as disabled regardless of their actual setting. These now show the correct status.

Fixed: campaign name search not working when creating a segment
When creating a segment, searching for campaign names within ruleset fields wasn’t returning results. This search now works as expected.
