Review all previous enhancement submissions by everyone and vote

It would be nice to be able to see a list of all enhancement requests that others have submitted and then be able to vote on it if I agree it would be a good enhancement. The enhancement submissions with a lot of votes (voted on by others) should be a higher consideration to add it since multiple customers are telling you that's what they want.

Only allow a person to vote once per enhancement submission (no stuffing the ballot box allowed)

Thank you for the suggestion - if you are logged in to this feature request portal in Pinpointe - then you can review all current and past feature requests AND vote on them - please do provide feedback and voting!
