Pinpointe's email scheduler checks for email campaigns to be sent every 2-5 minutes


If the servers are very busy (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings tend to be the busiest), the queue may be backed up for up to 20 minutes before your email campaign starts.

 


If a scheduled a campaign has not started to send after 30 minutes, please do one of the following:

  • Submit a ticket through the support portal
  • Reach out to us via live chat 
  • Send our support team an email at support@pinpointe.com (include your login ID and password to verify your account credentials)
