With Pinpointe's Send-On-Behalf-Of feature, you can set campaigns up to be sent from anyone on your team as long as their email address is not generated by a free domain (yahoo, gmail, etc.).
This is a great feature that marketing departments can use to send out emails on behalf of their sales reps. This allows you to create a more personalized campaign compared to a message that is coming from coming from someone on the marketing team or "back at corporate". The ‘Reply-To’ field can also be configured so that prospects reply directly to the local sales rep.
Click the Send Email icon on the home screen (Fig 1).

After selecting the target audience, you''ll arrive at the Email Campaign Settings page where you can modify the following fields (Fig 2)
- Send From This Name
- Send From This Email Address
- Send Reply Emails to

The Send From Options allow users to select who the email is being sent from (Fig 3):
- Default - Pinpointe selects the default Send From email address
- Contact Owner - Users can add a Send From email address that's a custom field (Send-From) on their contact CSV (or appropriate API call)
- Database Owner - Users sending to more than one databases, the default Send From email address will be used for each

When you're done configuring your Email Campaign Settings, click the Next button. On the final Schedule Campaign page, click Schedule My Email Campaign to send off your email with your Send-On-Behalf-Of customizations (Fig 4).
