Additional view for Campaign Statistics Summary Screen

For the Campaign Statistics Summary Screen (.../admin/index.php?Page=Stats), add option to view Unique Click through Rate, Open Rate and Unsubscribe rate as a percentage. It would be much more convenient to be able to see the percentage without having to view the individual campaign statistics.
