If you would like to change your account user ID, please send your request to support@pinpointe.com and we will make the change.
To change your default password, click 'Account Settings' in the upper right hand corner of your Pinpointe screen. Update the Password and Confirm Password fields (both fields must match!), then scroll down to the end of the My User Details page and click the "Save" button (Fig 1).
