Before enabling 2FA, it's important to verify that your contact details (email address, mobile phone number) are correct!
If you have shared user/subuser logins, you'll need to set up separate subuser logins for each person that accesses Pinpointe. Please contact Pinpointe Support for assistance.
After logging in to your Pinpointe account, click on the Send Email option and click on Send Code to send the verification code to your mobile phone.

After a brief wait (shouldn't be more than a minute or two), you'll receive an email with the subject Pinpointe Verification Code (Fig 2).

Open the email (if there are multiple emails, you'll want to look at the most recent one), and type in your code on the Verification Code screen and click Verify (Fig 3). If you like, you can choose to have your browser remember your verification code for 30 calendar days.

If you haven't received your email with the verification code after more than a few minutes, reach out to your System Administrator or contact Peerpoint Support.
