Before enabling 2FA, it's important to verify that your contact details (email address, mobile phone number) are correct!


Mobile phone numbers must have their country prefix. We support:

  • US (ex. +1-555-555-5555)
  • Canada (ex. +1-555-555-5555)
  • Mexico (ex. +1-52-55-5555-5555)


If you have shared user/subuser logins, you'll need to set up separate subuser logins for each person that accesses Pinpointe. Please contact Pinpointe Support for assistance.  


After logging in to your Pinpointe account, click on the Send Code option and click on Send Code to send the verification code to your mobile phone.

After a brief wait (usually less than a minute), you should receive a text message with your verification code (Fig 2).

Type in your code on the Verification Code screen and click Verify (Fig 3). If you like, you can choose to have your browser remember your verification code for 30 calendar days.

When logging in, if you don't see Send SMS as a 2FA option (Fig 4), contact your System Administrator to set a mobile phone on your account.
