Timer Widget

The Timer widget allows you to create a countdown timer and add it to the landing page grid section or as a "child" element to another container widget such as the Carousel widget.

The Timer widget has two menus (see Fig 1 below).

General menu

The General menu for the Timer widget is very simple and contains only one feature, a "Date & Time" selector. When you click inside the date / time input field, you will see a calendar tool popup with two input fields at the top. See Fig 2 below.

Fig 2

  • The two top input fields allow you to manually input a date and time. Please note dates must be entered in the "YYYY-MM-DD" format, and times must be entered in an "HH-MM-SS" format and are based on a 24-hour "military time" format.
  • The calendar tool allows you to select a date.

Style menu

The Style menu for the Timer widget conforms to the general Style menu as described in this article: Style Menu Article, but also contains six additional features as described below.

  • The Digit Font feature (see Fig 3 below) allows you to select from a series of available fonts. Clicking inside the input field shows a popup list of available font families. See Fig 4 below.

  • The Digit Color feature (see Fig 6 below) allows you to change the color of the digit. Checking the feature's box will bring up a rectangle to the right of the feature's name. The rectangle's color will be a representation of the digit's current color. Clicking the rectangle will bring up a color picker which will allow you to use one of several methods to change the digit's color.
