The "Hover" Menu

The Hover menu (see Fig 1 below for a representative example) is essentially a clone of the  Style menu, and its purpose is to allow you to create a different style for various browser-rendered Widgets (elements) when a viewer moves their cursor over that Widget.

The easiest way to illustrate the use of the Hover menu is with an example. Fig 2 below shows the browser-rendered version of an Icon widget that has been styled using the Style menu (See Fig 3 below). Figs 4 and 5 show the same browser-rendered Icon widget using the Hover menu and hovering the cursor over the icon.
