Improvements
[PINPOINTE-1779] - Import: Update Import Summary to remove 'click here to view...' for duplicates
Duplicate counters are no longer retained during import. This was causing a performance issue when customers were re-importing and updating large numbers of existing contacts
[PINPOINTE-1769, 1783] - Background Import: Various Update(s) and enhancements to improve reliability and accuracy of the background import process
Various enhancements have been made to the Background Import process to eliminate count errors caused by known bad addresses, to ensure the count processing is proceeding within normal time frame parameters and to trigger an automatic email to Pinpoint Support should the background import abort or fail.
[PINPOINTE-1768] - Import: Improvement to the performance of the import functionality
The processing and reporting performance of the importing of contacts has been improved, particularly with very large imports.
[PINPOINTE-1786] - Account Settings: -> Auto Reporting: Account owners can now add multiple recipients to receive automated reports
A user (account owner) can now add additional recipients of the account’s daily / weekly / monthly campaign reports.

Split test statistics have been improved to provide more details in the split test report and split test results can now be accessed in one of two ways:
The original method in which the user selects the “Split Tests” option under the main “Statistics” tab. See Fig 1:
Fig 1
The new alternative method where the user can click on the “Split Test” to the right of the “Campaigns” tab. See Fig 2:
Fig 2
[PINPOINTE-1825] - Various enhancements to improve the accuracy of bounce processing analysis
The bounce process has been modified to ignore certain erroneous feedback bounce messages.
Bug Fixes
[PINPOINTE-1776] - Import: Removed the “Delete” Link which allowed deleting the database while a background import was still in process
Removing this link prevents a processing conflict while an import is in process.
[PINPOINTE-1792] - Databases: Improvements to the performance and operation of ‘Purge Databases’ (Administrator function)
The process to completely purge subscriber data tables after a “purge database” call has been made is now faster and significantly more efficient.
[PINPOINTE-1829] - Lists: “Merge Lists” was not properly merging contacts into a new list, which resulted in 0 contacts in the new list
This problem has been fixed. All contacts from the merged lists are now correctly added to the new aggregated list and the contact count is accurate.
[PINPOINTE-1819] - Overlay account: Overlay accounts should not receive automated reports (currently receiving null reports)
This problem has been resolved. The overlay account (also referred to as the “Team Leader” account used to simplify logging in to the various sub-accounts) for Enterprise umbrella accounts will no longer receive a NULL daily / weekly / monthly campaign summary. Please note that the overlay account is NOT the same as the top level admin Enterprise account. As noted in these notes, the top level admin account now has access to an aggregated campaign report.
[PINPOINTE-1799, 1817] - Various enhancements to the background import function to correct some edge cases where import was not correctly marked as being complete
This issue has been fixed
[PINPOINTE-1755] -Builder: in most flavors of Outlook, the separator widget thickness did not render correctly
This problem has been resolved. Separator lines now render correctly (with the correct height) in the various Outlook versions.
[PINPOINTE-1778] - Builder: “Quick Send / Preview Email: Always used Original Contact Email Address as default send-from for Preview Emails (Ignored User’s Input)
This problem has been fixed. The user can now enter a new send-from address during the Quick Send process which will override the account’s contact email address. Fig 1 below shows the default setting for a particular account: the account contact email address is dboyd@pinpointe.com
Fig 1
Fig 2 below shows a new send-from address entered into the “Send Preview from Email:” field:
Fig 2
Fig 3 below shows a portion on the header information in the recipient’s inbox for the above email Quick Send. The send-from address displayed is the new address as entered in Fig 2 above.
Fig 3
[PINPOINTE-1794] - Campaign: Preview: When previewing an email campaign, links should be https://, not http:// links
This issue has been resolved. The system now automatically sets the protocol to “https://”..
[PINPOINTE-1599] - Autoresponders: Selecting "Copy an existing campaign ..", the builder results in an empty canvas; it does not copy the selected campaign
This problem has been fixed. When selecting a pre-existing campaign to use as a template for a drip email, the system now correctly uploads that campaign template during the drip building process. Fig 1 below shows where a user elects to use a pre-existing campaign during a drip sequence creation.
Fig 1
[PINPOINTE-1785] - Autoresponders: System produces log errors when deleting some autoresponders
This issue has been fixed.
[PINPOINTE-1818] - Autoresponders: When creating a drip based on a custom date field using the WYSIWYG editor, the custom date field option is ignored in place of the Subscription Date
This problem has been resolved. A relatively new feature, a user may create a custom date field and apply this value to a database’s contacts. The user may then use this new custom date value as a “starting date” for all contacts within that database for a drip sequence. The WYSIWYG Editor now correctly applies the custom date field to a drip sequence when the user creates the drip campaign template using the Editor.
[PINPOINTE-1777] - Preflight Check: LinkedIn always reports an error in the URL
This issue has been resolved.
[PINPOINTE-1802] - Statistics: Exporting Unique Opens fails, other exports do not match on-screen results
This problem has been fixed.
[PINPOINTE-1574] - Dynamic Content: Save Block incorrectly results in 'Tag name already exists' message
This problem has been resolved.
[PINPOINTE-1815] - Dynamic Content: Cannot create or edit dynamic tags. Results in several on-screen errors
