Pinpointe's email scheduler checks for email campaigns to be sent every 2-5 minutes. If the servers are very busy (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings are the busiest times), the queue may 'backup' for up to 15-20 minutes before your email campaign starts.
If you have scheduled a campaign to go out and it has not started to send after 30 minutes, please either:
