Scenario – You've already uploaded contacts to a list but forgot to select 'Add to Autoresponders.'



How to fix this:

 

  1. Create a CSV file which includes only 1 column - the list of emails to add to autoresponders.
    

(Note - If you want to add all active contacts from a given list to autoresponders, then you can export all active contacts to create the list)


  2. Re-import/upload the contacts to your database and on the Import Contacts from a File screen, select both of the options:


    -  Yes, overwrite existing contact details
    -  Yes, add contacts to autoresponders


Go through the next steps - this will overwrite/update existing data and add those contacts to the autoresponder series.
